STUDIO POLICIES

DOWNLOAD THE WALLA APP: The Walla app is mandatory for booking and rebooking. Download the app: here.

SAVE CREDIT CARD ON FILE: A card on file is mandatory and will be automatically charged for late cancellations, no-shows, or outstanding balances. Refusal to keep a card on file or failure to pay account balances, may result in freezing your account.

GRIP SOCKS: Grip socks are mandatory for machine use and are available for purchase at the retail boutique at the front desk.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancel at least 8 hours before class to avoid a $15 late fee. Arrivals over 5 minutes late may result in forfeiting your spot to a waitlisted client.

WAITLIST: Waitlisted clients may be added to a class at any time if a spot opens, including outside normal hours. The studio is not responsible for inconvenient timing; enable notifications to stay updated.

CHANGING CLASS TIMES: If you sign up for a later class but attend an earlier one, the $15 fee is waived; however, if you miss an earlier class and attend a later one, a $15 fee will apply.

NOTIFICATION SETTINGS: Enable text and email notifications through Walla. The studio is not responsible for missed classes due to disabled notifications.

DOUBLE BOOKING: Booking multiple classes in one day incurs a $10 fee for unlimited memberships. Canceling outside the 8-hour window incurs a $15 fee. Clients are responsible for managing their schedules, including checking notifications to avoid double bookings, even when added from the waitlist.

MANDATORY CHECK-IN: Check-in with the front desk or instructor is required. Failure to check-in will result in a no-show charge.

MEMBERSHIP PAUSING: Clients may pause their membership at any time for a $25 fee, good for up to 3-months. Therefore, an additional $25 fee will be added for each 3-month duration the membership is paused. Email info@platformlagree.com for pausing.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION: Cancel at least two weeks before the next billing cycle to avoid a $25 fee. Email info@platformlagree.com for cancellations.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Children ages 16 and 17 are permitted to take Lagree classes, but they must be accompanied by a guardian or parent during the class and the guardian must sign the waiver on their behalf. Additionally, our management team will have a brief conversation with them to ensure they understand the nature of the class and any safety guidelines. Adults 18+ years of age may take classes independently.

*Children ages 13-15 years old can attend our Teens Class (offered seasonally) and they can also book Private and Semi-Private Sessions.

We prioritize the safety and comfort of all our clients, and we appreciate your understanding of these policies.
